Thank you all for your renewal and new memberships to the chamber. We have a long history of supporting the business community since our founding in 1917.

We have a great deal to be proud of as we dive deeper into bringing workforce solutions to our members. As many of you well know, we spend the majority of our time supporting our Future Ready Task Force.

This fall, we rolled out a new initiative called The Workforce Institute. The Institute bridges the gap between education and business by fostering meaningful conversations about local career opportunities, future workforce needs and skills needed with a focus on manufacturing and healthcare. Educators toured three host facilities to explore:

We piloted the program with Middletown City Schools and their Passport To Tomorrow instructors. We look forward to expanding the program in future years.

To our members and employers in our service area, we make the following pledge in everything we do, we believe in fostering a prosperous business environment that builds and supports a thriving community. We strive to identify creative solutions to challenges that affect our members.
