Bringing In The Lost

reach for the kingdom refers to evangelism. This does not mean moving from church to church and stealing their members; rather it means going out there and getting the lost or unsaved ones saved. I also shared with you two things you need to know if you would be effective in

bringing in the lost. These are recognising the lost by looking on them with eyes full of compassion, and respecting the role of prayer. This happens when you pray for courage and ideas on how to reach them. In this part we will look at the three more things you need to know to effectively bring in the lost.

There is a high level of uncertainty that comes with seedtime. This is why you need a lot of faith to plant seeds. In seedtime there are many variables - the type of seed, the health of the seed you are putting in the ground, the type of soil you are putting your seed in, the type of weather that

will come after you have planted your seed. When these variables work in your favour, you are certain that you are going to have a harvest. The word “doubtless” used in Psalm 126:6 nails it. It means there is no doubt that you would return carrying your sheaves. Jesus went ahead of us to sow His life for all who would believe in

labourers of the seedtime. That is our certainty! The harvest is easy, all you need is your sickle and your ideas from God and the fruit must fall off the tree because it is ripe. Can you imagine the tragedy it would be if there are plenty ripe fruits but the owner of the farm can’t Wind labourers to help him cut down the fruit? So, remember the season in which you are labouring. 23 Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God; for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you. The former rain, and the latter rain in the Wirst month. Joel 2:23

This latter rain is the spring rain for harvest or the rain that matures the crops, otherwise said to be the continuous abundance of rain that matures the crops and makes the fruit ready for plucking. This is a time to be Wirmly rooted and take advantage of the season of the harvest. Take advantage of the season and be consumed with a compassion for the lost. Do all you can to communicate the way home to that lost person
