When getting your tasks done pronto, don't be
too harsh on yourself.
Always make sure to take care of your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Meditating once in a while could help you relax your body, mind, and soul. Furthermore, it could also help you reconnect with your inner self. School has been stressful lately especially that we have a lot of work to be done. most authentic and proud version of
yourself because the only standard you need to conform to is your perspective of yourself.
