SARA Renewal Process (90 days to complete)
Step 1
Institution renewal period opens (Day 1)
TN-SARA Fee Payment
Institution submits renewal application to State Portal Entity (SPE) Step 2
If approved, the institution receives invoice and payment link from NC -SARA Step 3
Institution remits payment to NC -SARA Step 4
Step 5
NC-SARA confirms payment, sends confirmation information to institution (Day 90)
Step 1
On or about Oct 1, institutions will receive payment info for TN-SARA fee due by Dec 1
By Dec 1 Institution remits fee to TN-SARA SPE Step 2
