Material Handling DNV 2.7-1 Waste Skip Equipment Overview Byrne offer’s 7 m3 boat shaped waste skip’s for the secure containment and transportation of general rubbish and material waste. The waste skip meets with the offshore Oil & Gas industry recognised design and build standards of DNV 2.7-1 and EN12079 certification. Its robust design and build comes with an integral cargo net ensuring no loss of rubbish/material waste content during transportation. There is a bottom located drain point with removable plug for rainwater drain off. Suitable for both crane lifting by sling set and road skip lorry handling c/w associated side mounted chain lifting lugs and front locator bar. Other features include side tie points for cargo net, side impact protection to lifting lugs, stacking capability, forklift pockets and a sling and shackle set offer a choice of handling equipment.
