Onshore & Offshore Village

Byrne has a team of specialists who can design, manufacture, install and service any configuration of accommodation, whether that be a fly, rig camp or full scale static and mobile accommodation village.

Our bespoke solutions can accommodate 10 men to 10,000 and can be tailored to your exact requirements with accommodation and supporting facilities including supermarkets, gyms, mosques, catering facilities and more.

To ensure that all seniority of staff based on site are catered for, Byrne Equipment Rental have multiple configurations to meet the specific needs of your employees.

Our VIP sleepers are designed to accommodate one member of staff inside the unit. With a spacious footprint internally to relax, sleep and work if required.

The interior of the sleeper can be selected from our catalogue of furniture depending on the requirements or we can provide a full set up from furniture to sanitation to ensure your timelines are met.

Sleepers - 12m x 2.2m and 6m x 2.2m

Senior Sleepers - 12m x 2.2m and 6m x 2.2m

Our senior sleeper units are a single unit that is divided into two separate rooms to accommodate two senior employees.

Each room has access to their own private sanitation facilities in the center of the unit. The bedrooms have been designed to be at opposite ends to reduce any noise from the neighbouring occupant.

The interior of the rooms can be specified by you or our team can manage this for you.

Accommodation Range

Junior Sleepers - 12m x 2.2m and 6m x 2.2m

The junior sleeper range is designed to accommodate four employees in total, divided into two separate rooms with each room having access to their shared bathroom.

Internally a shared desk can be provided along with individual private wardrobe/storage facilities and any other amenities as required.

Worker Sleepers - 12m x 2.2m and 6m x 2.2m

The worker sleepers units can accommodate 8 employees on site, which have been split into two bedrooms with a shared common bathroom which is accessible from both rooms.

Each room is equipped with private wardrobe / storage facilities.

We adhere to all mandatory minimum square feet requirements per person and the units are temperature controlled for the comfort and safety of the occupants.

Catering Facilities

We can provide multiple configurations to accommodate the workforce meal preparation and dining facilities, including the following:

Fly Camp Kitchen - the advantages of this unit is to support pioneering and operational activities which allows flexibility and mobility to accommodate quick and ad-hoc movements as and when required.

Rig Camp Kitchen - designed to support a medium POB, catering to the preparation and delivery of larger volumes of perishable items in compliance with ADFCA.

Accommodation Village Kitchen - we understand the sheer volume of the on-site catering equipment; the units and cooking equipment are designed to fulfill menus typically dictated by the nationalities of the clients.

We understand it is important for your employees to relax during operational downtime to ensure operational output is maximised.

Recreational spaces can be designed and configured as required to accommodate the following:

We supply secure and comfortable spaces for people of faith to exercise their religion and ensure their spiritual health is accommodated.

Our modular laundry units are designed to be flexible and can accommodate any size of camp. We source only the highest quality machinery and equipment covering the following items:

Site Facilities

Mini Market

The footprint for the mini-mart can be as per your requirements or space on site.

The units can be installed with internal racking to accommodate the merchandise/goods. They also come with built in serving counters and refrigerated storage.

Barber Shop

As per staff rotas which dictate long periods on site, it is important to ensure the needs of your employees are catered for. Units can be provided with hairdressing facilities from barber chairs to sinks.

First Aid

First aid units can be provided; designed to be split into two rooms and can be certified by the authority of Abu Dhabi.

One room is for patients that require 24/7 observation and is equipped with full accommodation and sanitation facilities.

The additional room is considered for on-site consultation and a treatment room to enable the onsite Doctor or nurse to treat patients in privacy.

In addition an administration area and storage facilities are provided. Ingress to the unit the doors are designed to accommodate stretchers.

Guard Houses

To safe guard human life and valuable machinery, the site security can manage the site from the dedicated guard houses.

The units are designed to ensure the security team can easily and safely monitor the inflowing and outflowing traffic to site and have the required administration and sanitation facilities to support their 24/7 operations.

EcoSpace is frequently utilised by EPC contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors and international oil companies. With a large variety of designs and material options, EcoSpace is Spacemaker’s most customisable product due to the vast options available including:

RigSpace series is a specialised product line solely focused on driller / rig and military villages that need to be both highly durable and mobile. The product can be delivered as a turnkey village solution anywhere in the world and is inclusive of power generation, water and sewage management, STP, RO and installation facilities. With the advantage of a plug and play system, the installation period is highly controlled to suit the toughest of schedules.

The combination of good quality, globally sourced materials and innovative architectural design results in visually appealing and comfortable accommodation despite the modular layout of the build.

Technical sizes range from 7m (23 ft), 9.6m (31 ft), 10m (32 ft) and 12m (40 ft) with widths ranging from 2.4m (8 ft), 3m (10 ft) and 3.6m (12 ft) respectfully.

The product also has fire rating conformance to the ASTM E119 standard for a one hour fire rating, certified with a well-established globally accredited certifying body.

The FlatSpace product line supports a series of independent requirements and is the perfect solution for remote, logistically challenged project sites. The ease of assembly, embellished by a highly durable and sustainable product assures engineering ingenuity to our customers. The product allows customers to benefit from transportation efficiencies allowed by a ‘knock-down’ component.

The applications include satellite offices, accommodation (labor, junior, senior), kiosks, mess halls and more.

For one person to one thousand, Byrne provide ablution units, shower facilities and portaloos as well as water and sewage management services.
