PRESIDENT’S OUTBOX

To the graduates of Bicol University batch 2019: Every commencement event is both a meaningful and nostalgic exercise. Your stay with us as members of the Bicol University family has allowed you to make meaningful moments as you discover yourself and the wonders of knowledge and companionship from your mentors and peers. It is, at the same time, a culmination of four or five years’ worth of waiting, working, and sweating it out every step of the way for the diploma that will serve as a bridge to your future career and contribution to the world.
