What makes Christmas the most wonderful time of the year? In Bicol University, we can count our blessings and be thankful for a bountiful 2015. We have achieved much as a university, succeeded in many activities and projects with national and international linkages. We have moved up the ladder with more academic programs and maintained our ISO certification. As we wind up and look back, I wish to thank everyone for the dedication and hard work you have put into this year. We have barely started, but we have already accomplished much. With Christmas as a reminder of God’s love for us, let us celebrate this joyful time with gratitude in our hearts. We have received much; may we also be generous to others. Let us spend quality time with family, friends, and loved ones during this season, knowing that all our efforts all year round is for them, as much as it is for the whole community we serve. Merry Christmas to one and all!!!
