Welcome to the British Security Awards Online 2021 The British Security Awards is the national event that celebrates the talent and commitment of our industry’s finest. The scale of achievement we see every year from across each sector is remarkable, and our awards enable us to recognise these outstanding acts of professionalism and customer service and to celebrate the ingenuity in the application of new technology and the successful delivery of projects, from a broad range of forward-thinking self-starters who represent our industry. Once again in 2021, the security industry has demonstrated its commitment to keeping people, property and places safe by presenting us with a record number of entries. Choosing today’s finalists was not an easy task for the independent judging panel, and these nominations show the immense wealth of talent, innovation and best practice on display in both our membership and the wider industry. After an incredibly difficult and challenging 18 months, we are looking forward recognising the winners in each category for their dedication to our profession. We may not be able to physically meet due to the current uncertainty around COVID-19, but this won’t stop us from celebrating security excellence on a virtual platform. Thank you all on behalf of the BSIA for the professionalism you display on a daily basis and for the critical role you play in keeping us all safe and secure, and wish you and your teams watching the very best of luck.

Mike Reddington Chief Executive British Security Industry Association
