7TH ANNUAL BENEFIT CONCERT

Dear Family & Friends, It is hard to believe that today we are hosting the 7th Believing for Bryleigh Benefit Concert.

When we first started this event and the Foundation back in 2013 we had no idea it would evolve into an annual event that brings together hundreds of people across central Texas to raise money and awareness for MLD. While this disease has taken so much from us, from Bryleigh, it has also given us many opportunities. Opportunities to make this disease known to others and bring the struggles these children and families face to the fore front. It has given us opportunities to provide financial support to families struggling to keep up with the demands this disease can put on a family. It has given us opportunities to invest in other non-profit organizations who are working hard to make radical changes in the medical community so children with MLD and other Leukodystrophies have the best quality of care possible as well as early detection. Since 2013, the Believing for Bryleigh Foundation has raised clost to $1 Million and in the last year alone has given away $200,000 to families and other Non-Profit Agencies related to a Luekodystrophy. We have been blessed by Bryleigh and all that she has taught us about unconditional love, how to fight hard for each and every day, and most of all how to leave your mark on this world. We thank you for being here and for your commitment to help others.

Your presence and participation today will play a critical role in ensuring that children like Bryleigh, and families like ours, have the support they deserve and the love they need to Sincerely, perservere.

OUR FOCUS FAMILY SUPPORT Caring for a child with a leukodystrophy or with any disability can be challenging both emotionally and financially . We work with families to ensure they have the resources they need to meet the needs of their child with a disability and their entire family.

TRAINED PROFESSIONALS

There are not enough trained professionals with extensive knowledge about leukodystrophies. We collaborate with other non-profits to train doctors at hospitals around the country so that they can serve our children better.

AWARENESS

We support various conferences and symposiums for families affected by leukodystrophies so that they can connect and network with doctors as well as other families so they can build a supportive team of people to help them through their journey.

FEATURED FAMILIES

Believing for Bryleigh was created to help other families facing MLD and ensure that they have access to the resources they need to live a full of life as possible. From equipment, to travel funds, to helping to pay utilities, B4B has provided financial support to many families across the county.

We are honored to have two of these very special families here with us today, The

Bazar Family and the Sereno Family.

MEET THE BAZAR FAMILY

The Bazar Family is from Church Point, Louisiana and their sweet Anniston was diagnosed with Krabbe Disease as an infant (another form of Luekodystrophy) and is now almost 6 years old! The Believing for Bryleigh Foundation has helped the Bazar Family by providing Anniston with an adaptive jogging stroller and financial support to purchase an accessible van so that they can include her in all family activities.

MEET THE SERENO FAMILY The Sereno Family is from ______ and both of their boys, ___name have MLD. The Believing for Bryleigh Foundation has had the opportunity to provide financial assistance to the Sereno Family to help pay for medical bills, prescriptions and several adaptive aids, including____.

Lake Front Cottage Stay on LBJ Take a short road trip up to Kingsland, TX for a 3 night stay in a 4

bed/2 bath cozy lakefront cottage on Lake LBJ. The house boasts 2 living areas indoors plus complete outdoor living space, outdoor kitchen, sun deck, shallow swimming area. The cottage sleeps 8 private, 12 max. This awesome retreat includes an onsite Cajun shrimp boil party included during your stay as well as a tasting for up to 12 at nearby award winning Perissos Vineyard and Winery!

The Ultimate Argentina Hunting Experience This 4 nights/3 full hunting days is a rustic and rich experience at the Hunting Cabin for 4 individuals. It

combines the best hunting with thousands of doves, incredible ducks and explosive perdiz. The Hunting Cabin has 2 rooms with private bathrooms and was designed to be a cozy small lodge with few amenities and great service. This is truly a simple, yet elegant, rustic hunting cabin that sits right on the banks of the Parana’ River.

In the dove/perdiz fields you will experience lavish asado (meat) lunches with a siesta in a hammock afterwards if you choose. The dove shooting is unlimited. It is not uncommon to shoot 25 ducks in the morning and 25 in the evening. Perdiz hunting over dogs has an 8 per person, per day limit. Your field assistant will keep your gun loaded and do all field work for each hunter.

Inclusions: You will be fed a full breakfast and amazing dinners at the cabin. Vehicles and field transportation to be provided for every hunt. All meals. Soft drinks, beer and wine in the fields. This 4 bedroom /4 1/2 bath with a Bunk Nook and 2 living areas has a very open floor plan and is ready for entertainment! It can sleep up to 12 people. This trip includes golf for 4 with caddies at the beautiful Escondido Golf Course located just a few short miles up the road! Celebrity Classic where more than 50 celebrities come together from the sports and entertainment industry for a memorable weekend. This package includes 4 tickes to the the VIP Party that takes place on the Sunday before the tournament (05/31/20), and typically over 1,000 people are in attendance. It includes a Chinese, silent, and live auction with some of the most unique sports memorabilia. Food stations, live entertainment, and an exciting program keep attendees busy when not bidding on items.

This package also includes 2 entries to play as a part of a foursome that is paired with a celebrity golfer at the Golf Tournament held the following day (06/01/20). This 3 month old full-bred Pembroke Welsh Corgie is looking for an amazing family to adopt

her today! She was born July 19, 2019 and bred by Marsha McCann and is ready for a lifetime of cuddles. Corgi's are known for their playful and bold personalities and their small stature.

You can expect her to be anywhere from 22-29lbs and 10-12" tall. This cutie comes with all her shots, 3 private training sessions and all the puppy essentials including a crate, food, blanket with familiar scent and a chew toy. Donated by Paws to Play, LLC.
