BUCK HILL YOGA is led by the very talented Amy Lee McMahon whose passion for yoga, meditation and self-care is boundless. She is a Kripalu Certified Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified for Yoga in Schools. Amy joined Buck Hill Yoga in May 2017. In addition to teaching the weekly group classes Amy is available for private sessions.
Gentle Yoga, new this season, is ideal for beginners seeking freedom of movement, for those who don’t regularly practice yoga or healing from an injury. This class is slower-paced with detailed verbal instruction. Tough Mudder has been added to the schedule by popular demand. It offers a fast, rigorous yoga workout guaranteed to work up a sweat, exploring more advanced positions, balancing challenges and guaranteed exhilaration. THE SUMMER 2019 VENUE is the Buck Hill Falls Tennis Tea, on the porch or in the Ballroom. Please note that there are times throughout the summer when class may be preempted from the Tennis Tea. You will be notified where the session will meet, provided you have registered.
