REAL ESTATE OPEN HOUSE INFORMATION FOR HOME SALESÂ OPEN HOUSE PARTICIPATION AND RULES: If you would like to participate in a seasonal open house for your property that would correspond with a major event weekend in Buck Hill, we are planning for four - six annually. Our first planned open house date is typically on Presidents Day Weekend.

Additionally, if you are planning to host your group open houses with other real estate agents, we are willing to include these for FREE on our social media (Facebook and Instagram) and website. If you’d like an individual open house you are planning to help reach others through a Facebook ad, nextdoor listing, or other social media campaign for extended time periods, please contact us to discuss rates.

We will need any event planning from you two months in advance to best promote your properties.

OPEN HOUSE RULES: You may include open house signs throughout Buck Hill Falls ONLY on the day of the open house.

Within 24 hours of your open house, the signs must be removed. It is preferable to have the signs removed at the end of your open house schedule.

Any flyers and brochures for Buck Hill real estate open houses may be placed in any community locations that contain a magazine rack or bulletin board, including the post office. These must be promptly removed after the event has occurred.

Please note: the marketing team reserves the right to move/remove any flyers and brochures if they crowd important community information, if they are outdated, or if they are promoting properties outside of the Buck Hill community. Additionally, these flyers and brochures need to follow acceptable legal real estate marketing rules and regulations.
