DINKIES ROAD

Funsize Dinkies World Resort adventures on a Road

Trip around Opensim once a week on a Wednesday, the Tour Bus leaves dead on 8:15am in the morning, but they encourage the Dinkies to be at the Resort by 8:00am so no one gets lost or abandoned..

On the 1st February 2023 they all grabbed their passports and set off for a morning to the Raceway Island on AMV where the Funsize Dinkies was greeted by Chris McCracken.

And for all Horse enthusiasts and lovers out there, there is a places to saddle up and ride at the Raceway Island, you can grab a horse from a horse rezzer and set out on the Country Road that is designed for you and your Horse to ride around the Mountian Track.

The Eiffel Tower paid its tribute to lovebirds on Valentine’s Day Eve, inviting us to discover a different scene and entertainment held to make this celebration of love even more unforgettable.

AURORA II at SEVENSEAS

2023 Valentine’s Day Special on the Aurora II Cruise Ship

This years Valentine’s Day was Held on the Aurora II in the Party Room.

AMV’s LIVE PERFORMERS took part in this years Valentines Day Event on board the Aurora II at the Sevenseas. Opening the event was Clan Escotia and his Band performing many known and well loved Love Songs, following Cataplexia Numbers who took to the stage to perform for one hour swooning the guests away with her song choices, then Harper & Sum took to the stage keeping the romance flowing on the dancefloor and ending with Acoustic Energy who brought this Valentine’s Special Event to a close with an hour of his Smooth and Relaxing styles.

Starring some of Opensim’s Biggest Named Artists you would of heard of: Clan and his Band, Cataplexia Numbers, Harper & Sum and Acoustic Energy.

Beautifully dressed Ladies & the fantabulously dressed Gentleman all joined BG & ROSA SINGER for their Club Love Opening that took place on the Alternate Metaverse Grid in Celebration of “LOVE” with Residents and Friends on Opensim that took place on February 12th.

Valentines Special and Grand Opening of the Moonlight Ballroom with Chris McCracken took place on February 14th.

You can visit this Ballroom on the Illusions Region on the Alternate Metaverse Grid. Moonlight Ballroom is a classy elegant ballroom that is newcomer-friendly.

This is a beautiful romantic ballroom waiting for a couple to come spend some quality time here or Enjoy a romantic experience and meeting with a special someone.

Once you get to the Moonlight Ballroom don’t forget to turn on the music and enjoy dancing together. The dress code is formal.

Joao shows are live improvisations over jazz standards, portuguese folk music, also his own original music and a little taste of brazilian music.

Joao has released 2 solo CDs; “Ukulele Organico” in 2015 and “Portal” in 2017 with the 3 ukuleles as main instruments.

WICKED WAVES is a beautifully landscaped region with seasonal changes taking place throughout the year. She’s composed of (6) Islands packed with Entertainment, Shopping, Activities and happens to be a Photographers Dream!

TWIZTID SIZTA’Z Meet WICKED WAVES HISTORY WHERE IT BEGAN (Sept. 6th, 2013)

WICKED WAVES was originally Coastal Castaways and owned and operated by Faith Fromund. After 8 years as Coastal Castaways and a need for a change, Faith and Harper, two lost souls, happened into a partnership. Hence the TWIZTID SIZTA’Z were formed. We rebranded the sim with the name of our live venue “WICKED WAVES” and incorporated the TWIZTID SIZTA’Z. This is how TWIZTID SIZTA’Z Meet WICKED WAVES came to be. September 15, 2021 TWIZTID SIZTA’Z Meet WICKED WAVES was born and the Coastal Castaways Region name was retired!

WHERE ARE WE NOW? WE MOVED!

On June 15, 2022, due to health and finances, Faith Closed WICKED WAVES in SecondLife and rehomed and opened WICKED WAVES in (AMV)ALTERNATE METAVERSE, OPENSIM. Harper joined AMV shortly after Faith and created a region of her own, RIDGEWAY FALLS. We still operate the TWIZTID SIZTA’z Brand but I operate WICKED WAVES and Harper operates RIDGEWAY FALLS. CHRIS McCRACKEN

On February 20th Chris McCracken turned another year younger, without him knowing anything Jordan Melody and Jimmy Olsen arranged a secret Birthday party for Chris at Alfheim Region for everyone on the Alternate Metaverse Grid to surprise him.

Many of Chris his friends turned up before Chris was teleported over to wish him a happy birthday and good wishes for years to come, Chris arrived in style in his swimming trunks, guessing he was having other ideas of where he was being teleported over too. SURPRISE!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRIS FROM ALL ON AMV.

Veg Poha Cutlet

Poha cutlet is shallow fried healthy option for cutlet. Its made from Poha or beaten rice. Beaten rice is also known as flattened rice. Poha cutlet is perfect for evening snacks.

Ingredients

2 cups beaten rice poha

3 Pieces potatoes medium sized boiled

¼ cup Cottage Cheese Homemade

¼ cup carrot Grated

Salt to taste

½ tsp Black pepper powder

½ tsp Garam masala powder

1 tsp Chat masala powder

½ tsp Red chilly powder

1 inch ginger Chopped

Coriander leaves

2 piece Green chily Chopped

1 tsp Lemon juice

2 tsp All purpose flour

Bread crumbs

Oil for shallow frying

Step 1- Place the beaten rice in a sieve and wash it thoroughly with water for a few seconds. Keep aside for 10 minutes to make it soft.

Step 2 - Grate the boiled potatoes or you can finely mashed it also.

“FOOD FOR THOUGHT”

STEPS FOR COOKING

Step 3 - Put grated potatoes in a bowl and add soaked poha, grated carrot, grated paneer or chena, Salt to taste, Black pepper powder, Garam masala powder, Chat masala powder, Red chilly powder, Chopped ginger, chopped Green chily, Coriander leaves and lastly add lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Step 4 - Take a generous portion of dough and shape each into a cutlet or give desired shape of your choice. Prepare rest of the cutlets in the same way.

Step 5 - Put all purpose flour/maida in a bowl and make thin paste with water. Add salt and black pepper, mix it well till no lumps.

Step 6 - Dip each cutlet one by one with flour paste and then coat with bread crumbs all around the cutlet. Prepare rest of the cutlets in the same way.

Step 7 - Take a pan and add oil for shallow frying. Lets oil get hot on medium heat. In hot oil, add prepared cutlets and shallow fry until golden brown from both the sides and crisp.

Step 8 - Take out in a plate and serve these cutlets with favorite sauce/chutney along with tea.
