1 Prim Flower

Go to Build tab, Rez a TUBE

Set SIZE as follows: X=0.07; Y=0.35; Z=0.35

Set TWIST as follows: B=-360; E=360 Set HOLE sixes as follows: X=1.0; Y=0.50

This should give you the basic shape.

You can change the looks some by playing with the numbers. X is the thickness of the flower

The HOLE can be modified to be bigger or smaller depending on your personal wishes. A bigger HOLE could make it into a Pinwheel look.
