North Central Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides organised a Cleanliness Cycle Rally on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and the birth anniversary of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri on 2nd October, 2022 in which 15 members participated, under the leadership of Ms. Manju Joshi, StateOrganizationCommissioner(Guide).

ODISHA

On the Birth Anniversary of our former Prime Minister Late Lalbahadur Sastri & father of nation Late Mahatma Gandhi “Gandhi & Shastri Jayanti” was observed. The members have celebrated Gandhi and Shastri Jayanti by cleaning public area, awareness on stop using plastic, prabhat feri, poster making on non violence, Elocution competition etc. at different places. Around 1576 Cubs/ Bulbuls/ Scouts/ Guides/ Rovers/ Rangers and unit leaders joined all faith Prayer meetings and Prabhat feri in different areas. All districts have observed Gandhi&ShastriJayantiatdifferentareas.

Southeasternrailway

Awareness Campaign on cleanliness was organised by the members of South Eastern Railway, Bharat Scouts and Guides, ADRA District Association at Adra on 2nd October, 2022 in which 50 Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers participated. Smt. Archana Joshi, General Manager, South Eastern Railway, Adra inaugurated the rally. They also organised NukkadNatakandAllFaithPrayerMeeting.

Westbengal

153rd Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated by the Ganganagar Shikshan Sibir Scouts T.T.L Group on 02nd October at Ganganagar under the banner of North 24 Parganas District Association, West Bengal, 29 Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers, & UnitLeadersparticipatedinthisprogramme.
