At the outset we are very much grateful to you for accepting our request for submission of Rashtrapati Scouts/Guides and Rashtrapati Rovers/Rangers Certificates forthe year 2014 for affixing the facsimile of respected Rashtrapati ji's signature.
As per your telephonic instructions received from your office, we are herewith submitting all the above mentioned Certificates Wing-wise in separate bundles along with the respective list for your necessary action.
Sir we submit that all the certificates are prepared on the basis of Testing Camp> conducted in different centers of the Country and based on the recommendation the Leader of the selection camp (Regional Organizing Commissioner of Bharat Scouts & Guides).
The name of mention, in the certificates are verified with list and the recommendation forms kept in our office.
