A $5,000 non-refundable deposit is required to proceed, which will be deducted from the final cost. This deposit confirms your intent to proceed; it is non-refundable if you later cancel. Once the deposit is received, R&L Design Co. will customize the package for your residence floor plan type.
Furniture collections are designed for Beckwith Residences by R&L Design Co. and coordinated to the interior finish scheme you select. Every figure on this sheet is a broad estimate for budgeting.
