Appointment Cancellation Policy

We are dedicated to our clients and their needs; however, last-minute cancellations and appointment no-show greatly affect our business.

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us as we are a small business and our other clients are often on a waiting list, by calling the respective salon no later than 24 hours before your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it, this enables us to make sure other clients don't miss out on potential appointments

Attempts to cancel your appointment through any of our social media platforms are not an acceptable means of cancellation.

The following policies apply:

Cancellations:

You must call no later than 24 hours before your appointment by calling the salon with which your appointment is booked. A friendly reminder text is sent 48 hours before your booking to help you avoid any cancellation fees. However, please understand that you must remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any late arrivals, missed appointments, or no-show fees. Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your total booking cost or a loss of a previously paid deposit With enough notice, we will endeavor to fill your appointment before adding the charge to your account where applicable Any decision to waive fees will be made at management’s discretion

No Shows:

If there are two or more no-shows to any appointment, we will require a 50% deposit to be paid over the phone before booking any future appointments. If three or more no-shows occur, your 50% deposit will be forfeited via PayPal directly back to your account. No refunds will be made for canceling 24 hours before your booking.

Deposits:

Appointments require a 50% deposit to be paid over the phone or when booking online; if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must contact the salon, and the 24-hour cancellation policy will apply

Online bookings:

If you need to cancel an appointment before the 24-hour cancellation policy cut-off period, you must call the salon location your booking is made, and we will process your refund

Gift Vouchers:

This voucher is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or for replacing a voucher that has been lost or stolen Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
