High Frequency Add On

After completing the extraction process during a facial, you can add a high-frequency treatment to improve the client's skin further. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Ensure the client's skin is clean and free from any leftover debris from the extraction process.

2. Prepare the high-frequency machine by plugging it in and turning it on.

3. Choose the appropriate electrode for the client's skin type and condition.

4. Apply a thin GAUZE LAYER to the client's face, neck, and décolletage.

5. Turn the intensity to the lowest setting and begin the treatment in small circular motions, starting from the neck and moving upwards towards the forehead.

6. Focus on any areas of the face that may have papules or pustules, and use a sparking technique while monitoring the skin's reaction. Stop if any discomfort or sensitivity occurs.

7. Follow the recommended time for the client's skin type, usually 5-10 minutes.

8. To end the treatment, bring the electrode up to the forehead and, while still in contact with the client, gradually turn the intensity to zero and switch off the machine.

9. Lastly, remove the electrode from the holder, sanitize it, and put it away before continuing the facial treatment.

Remember to always prioritize the client's comfort and safety during the treatment.
