We believe that “honest work, well done” is largely dependent on the relationships that develop before, during and after a project. If you are a subcontractor who shares these values and promotes safety as well as the quality of your work, we would enjoy getting to know you.

INTERESTED IN BEING A TOP-NOTCH PARTNER?

The Top-Notch Partner program provides association services, namely, promoting the interests of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors in the building and construction trades, whose core values align with those of The Austin Company.

Top-Notch Partners have proven to be reliable sources for designing and/or building mutually successful projects. Once your company has earned the Top-Notch status, the benefits will include, but are not limited to:

• Priority on being asked to bid and team on private projects with The Austin Company.

• Exclusive invitations to participate in educational programs and seminars with The Austin Company.

• Use of an exclusive Top-Notch logo they can post on their website and add to proposals with Austin, signifying them as a Top-Notch Partner.

CRITERIA

1. Complete Austin’s prequalification process.

2. Respond to a minimum of three key projects.

3. Partner’s values compliment and align with those of The Austin Company.

4. Partner shares the same background and is in sync with Austin’s key focus markets.

5. Successful project track record, having completed one or more projects.

6. Parter commits to establishing executive level relationships with regular open communications.
