Hello again!

Last year, we introduced TRW Plays with our inaugural catalog, and the response was phenomenal. Our plays are appearing on stages from coast to coast. Martyna Majok’s SANCTUARY CITY and Sylvia Khoury’s SELLING KABUL have enjoyed successful productions from Pasadena to Portland, Maine, from Chicago to Houston, garnering rave reviews. Kate Hamill is literally everywhere, with dozens of productions of DRACULA, EMMA, and MS. HOLMES & MS. WATSON – APT. 2B. Robert O’Hara’s powerful BARBECUE is being served up by colleges and professional companies, and Liz Duffy Adams’ BORN WITH TEETH, Mark St. Germain’s ELEANOR, Jacqueline Goldfinger’s BABEL, and Alvaro Saar Rio’s adaptation of CARMELA FULL OF WISHES are enthralling audiences everywhere. But wait, we’re not done yet!

Now, a year later, we’re proud to announce that we’ve acquired a parade of new plays––by established writers and new voices––with works by Keith Bunin, Joe Calarco, John Cariani, Matthew López, Mona Mansour, and Lloyd Suh, and by Ifa Bayeza, C. Julian Jiménez, Sophie MacIntosh, Tony Meneses, Ana Nogueira, Anna Ouyang Moench, and Abby Rosebrock. We could go on, but you’ll find them all within these pages.

This catalog has new works spanning the theatrical spectrum. Inside, you’ll discover broad comedies, dark comedies, personal dramas, social issues, stories with LGBTQIA or BIPOC themes, family-friendly works, translations, adaptations of classics, historical dramas, absurdist and experimental works. It’s all here.
