Executive Director
It’s with great pride and optimism that I share Theatre Sarnia’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan This document reflects countless hours of thoughtful input, collaboration, and vision from our board, staff, and membership. It builds on the momentum of our last plan while setting a bold course for the future.
Our seven strategic priorities Sustainability, Inclusivity, Entertainment, Development, Youth Engagement, Communication, and Expansion reflect who we are, where we’ve come from, and where we want to go. These priorities guide us in strengthening our foundation while continuing to evolve as an inclusive and welcoming creative space for everyone
We are committed to financial stability, ensuring every person feels seen and valued, and providing world-class experiences for audiences and participants alike. We will continue to invest in the growth of our people, our programs, and our spaces offering meaningful opportunities for artists, technicians, volunteers, and especially our youth, who are the future of our organization
This plan allows us to remain responsive to the needs of our community while preparing for long-term success. I’m excited to see how this vision comes to life, and I’m deeply grateful for everyone who has contributed to it Together, we will continue to enrich, educate, and entertain through the performing arts for years to come.
