Our new Spring Season at The Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds Booking opens for Schools on Tuesday 18 November Tuesday 10 - Friday 13 February

LIONBOY

The world renowned, Complicite, bring this revival of their first show for young People. Lionboy fuses storytelling, circus and live percussion.

This year’s Pantomime now has very limited availability, book soon to secure your seats. The dates with the best availability are: November: Friday 28 at 11.00 December: W ednesday 3 at 10.30 Wednesday 10 at 14.00 January: Tuesday 6 at 14.00 Thursday 8 at 10.30

The Theatre Royal’s 50th Anniversary Next year is the 50th Anniversary of the reopening of the theatre from a barrel store. Among other things we will be doing a history project with schools and would love to hear if you are interested in being involved. Contact Becca on becca@theatreroyal.org to register your interest.

Children’s Festival At the end of June we are holding a Children’s Festival with a range of performances and activities for children. Look out for more details.

The schools rate is £10.50 for these performances and you get 1 ticket free for every 10 bought. Sunday 8 & Monday 9 March

HOW THE KOALA LEARNT TO HUG Join a host of wild characters including the Reggae Beavers and Karen the Koala for some great stories, sing along songs, games and first class hugging. Based on the book by Steven Lee. This performance does not include the free ticket rate.
