September will be all about remarkable and engaging theatre from all over the world: for five days we will be presenting a living collection of performances. This year, we will be setting off on a fascinating journey from an individual point of view, adding other stories, languages, ideas and perspectives on the way. Our artists deal with major issues, demonstrating a strong personal commitment. They will be approaching the form of theatre like they seem fit, stretching the boundaries of image and language, appealing to our imagination and changing our views and way of thinking. A collection is never finished. That’s why Festival De Keuze will not end in September, but will be extended by another five days in March 2016. And then on various outdoor locations all over Rotterdam! So, you are very welcome to join us in the Rotterdamse Schouwburg and meet artists from all over the world. Come on in and let yourself be surprised by our collection of performances.
