WHAT’S INSIDE
Maximizing Views: Our site boasts breathtaking views of the forsan park, expo skyline and the landscape of the site itself. Glass facades allow for uninterrupted panoramic views from both interior and exterior spaces, enhancing the overall experience for residents, visitors, and workers.
Natural Light: Glass facades maximize the penetration of natural light into interior spaces, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day. This not only creates a more pleasant and inviting environment but also contributes to energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
Secondary Glazing: Adding a secondary layer of glass with an air gap between the original glass facade and the secondary layer can help improve sound insulation. This additional barrier can reduce the transmission of external noise into the concert hall and minimize reverberation.
Acoustic Performance: Mesh refractive ceilings are designed to optimize acoustic performance by diffusing sound waves effectively. They can help control reverberation, minimize echoes, and improve the overall sound quality within the concert hall. This is crucial for ensuring that musical performances are heard with clarity and richness
Durability: Like traditional concrete, colored concrete is durable and long-lasting, requiring minimal maintenance over its lifecycle. Its resilience to wear and weathering means it can remain functional and aesthetically pleasing for many years, reducing the need for frequent replacements and conserving materials and resources.
