DOLPHIN & SEA LION PROGRAMS:
· Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult* (16 Years or older).
· As a safety feature and for the wellbeing of the marine mammals, all personal articles such as jewelry, piercings or health assistance devices are not allowed in the pool.
· Please, do not use sunscreen in the pool.
· Expecting mothers are restricted.
· Cameras are not permitted in the habitat area.
ADRENALINE & COMBOS:
· For safety reasons, mobile phones and cameras (including GoPro and drones) are not allowed.
· People with heart, back, or neck problems, as well as expectant mothers, are restricted.
· Ocean Mania and Adventure Cove, at Las Caletas, are not recommended for people over 50 years old. Participation will be at your own risk
SEA ADVENTURES:
· Due to federal regulations, and in an effort to protect the flight path of endemic birds, drones are not allowed on this tour.

Please be advised that Mexico’s federal ports operate a strict no-drug policy which includes electronic cigarettes and all kinds of drugs. Anyone found in possession of any illegal substances will be prosecuted and will lose their tour – in this case, Vallarta Adventures cannot offer a refund.
