Follow Curt on the journey to uncover the hidden insights of fundamental reality.

He sets out to explore Theories of Everything, primarily from a physics and mathematical perspective, although including seemingly excursive topics like Consciousness, Free Will, Rationality and God.

Led by University of Toronto Alumni, Curt Jaimungal, the TOE team, for short, has interviewed some of the more noteworthy names in science and philosophy; including Noam Chomsky, Steven Wolfram, Steven Pinker, Donald Hoffman, Ross Coulthart, Bernardo Kastrup and many more.

Curt, a Torontonian filmmaker and podcaster maintains a channel devoted to technical rigour and intellectual thelocution for the 21st-century audience searching for meaningful pedagogy.

“The goal is to disambiguate the variegated Theories of Everything into a form palatable to those who don’t have much understanding of these areas. No one has done this and it boggles me,” explains Jaimungal. “No single physicist has a grasp, or even rudimentary understanding of all the contenders for Theories of Everything.“

So what is a theory of everything?

Traditionally used in the context of unifying Quantum mechanics and General Relativity, this rigid distinction breaks down when considering subjectivity, consciousness, complex philosophical cosmologies and more. While we would like to think it is as simple as unifying the fundamental forces of the standard model, this podcast illustrates that we can leave no intellectual stone unturned in our quest for understanding.
