CRS Pharma/Coolworld supplied and delivered a storage unit that was fully functional and fit for purpose. It complied with all elements of the client's User Requirements Brief. There were challenges after delivery from the client, however, all of which related to out of scope extra items which the client wanted as add-on's i.e., an additional heater unit which would provide back-up redundancy in the event that the chiller unit failed. In summary, the unit Coolworld supplied had a positive impact on our business.
