It’s the Final Countdown: Study Tips By Mina Onar News Editor
Finals are approaching faster than students realize. Even though students do not like the idea of finals, it signifies the end of the semester. Here are four tips on how to prepare for finals.
Make a weekly to-do list to make sure you have everything under control and you do not miss anything like homework and quizzes. Tidy up your space and only concentrate on your studies. Your study space is one of the most important things to keep organized. Go to the LRC to fully concentrate on your
studies. And whenever you need a break, you can enjoy coffee and snacks at the Underground. Timing yourself helps you study without feeling overwhelmed. We cannot live without checking Instagram or Snapchat or Facebook or Twitter… Well, clearly we need social media to be alive. Time
yourself for 30-minute study sessions and give a 10-minute break between them. This will keep you going throughout studying for finals. Sleep Well. Sleeping is so important, especially before/ after focusing on our studies. Be sure to get a good night’s sleep before and after a long studying day.
