Jetty Marie Tabor Essman Foster was born August 20, 1934 in Norman Arkansas and passed away November 24, 2019 at Perry County Nursing Home in Arkansas where she spent her last days.

She was pre-deceased by her husband Dennis in 1995, her son Ronald in 1967, her daughter Brenda in 2017, and her second husband, Ed Foster.

She is survived by her children; Gregory Don of Bath, NY, Debbie, Dennis, Rod, Jerry, Pat, Becky, and Tommy Joe, all of Arkansas, as well as by 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchidren.

Request For Interested Persons To Be Members Of The State Siting Board For The Prattsburgh Wind Project The Town Board of the Town of Prattsburgh is seeking individuals who are interested in being nominated for the position of Ad Hoc Member of the Public Service Commission Siting Board with respect to the Prattsburgh Wind Project. The siting Board is responsible for reviewing the project application from Terra-Gen, LLC and deciding whether a permit should be issued and, if so, what conditions would be attached to it. Applicants must be 18 years of age, residents of the Town of Prattsburgh and not hold any public office. It is important that the Ad Hoc Members: (1) be flexible with time commitments, including daytime hours; (2) be objective with respect to the proposed project; (3) be willing to devote the time necessary to review the voluminous documents involved with the siting process; (4) have an awareness of general environmental issues; and (5) be willing and able to interact in a civil manner with the people involved in the siting process. There is remuneration available for time and expenses.

Interested individuals should submit a letter providing information about their background and why they are interested in the Ad Hoc position.
