Pro Action is seeking a caring individual who understands the challenges of aging to put their people skills to work as the Project Care Van Driver for the Steuben County Office for Aging.

Working up to 20 hours per week, the Project Care Van Driver will transport senior customers for grocery shopping in Steuben County. Will assist with developing routes, record keeping and promoting the program.

A high school diploma or equivalent and/or related experience/training are required. Equivalent education/experience may be considered. Must want to assist and establish rapport with customers of the service. Previous experience working with the senior population is a plus.

Must have a driver’s license meeting agency standards and pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record. This position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing under the terms of Pro Action’s Drug Free Workplace Policy.
