• Hire a bookkeeper who will be available at the Wayne Town Hall to assist the Town Supervisor and Town Board in providing up to date information on all the Town’s finances in a timely manner. The advertisement for this position has been posted since the end of September.

• Working closely with the Town Highway Superintendent on a weekly basis to review our updated Town road maintenance and equipment replacement schedules to address any challenges that has arisen.

• Evaluate, with the Town Board, timely and necessary repair improvements for our Town Hall and playground facilities.

• Establish a Town procurement policy.

• Adhere to a payroll schedule that guarantees town employees will be paid on pay day.

I have been working closely with our financial software vendor to address timely payroll, accounting expenses and budgets.

Running a town is like running a business. Bills and Town employees need to be paid on time.

It needs to be done respectfully and professionally! Change needs to be more than a word. It has to include a plan or strategy that is well thought out and properly presented to our residents. I am confident with your support we can accomplish these goals.

I look forward to having your VOTE on NOVEMBER 2ND at the Wayne Town Hall.
