Once again the Hammondsport Community came together for a brighter holiday for 113 households. Much of the funding for the effort comes from the Fred and Harriet Taylor Trust. Many other organizations and individuals donate and labor to make it possible - Community Services, Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, The Food Bank of the Southern Tier, Hammondsport Central School - staff and students, Hammondsport Woman’s Club, the Bostwick Club, the Hammondsport Churches, especially St. Gabriel’s for providing space, the twenty folks who helped pack the food boxes and the Junior Fireman who provided muscle to carry boxes to the cars.
