uced How were you introd to theatre?

1.

I was raised on MGM films and other movie musicals for the majority of my childhood. I was really introduced to the world of theatre in middle school when my drama club took a trip to watch a KidzAct production.

at When and how did you arrive The Naples Players?

2.

Both my drama teacher at the time and Cole Butcher (TNP’s Production Stage Manager/Internship Director) recommended that I take part at TNP after Cole taught a workshop to my class. I arrived at The Naples Players in winter of 2015 for the KidzAct production of Much Ado About Nothing.

r Seussical and what fo le ro ur yo is at Wh for you at TNP? is a typical day like

3.

My role for Seussical JR. is Assistant to the Director and Choreographer. From assisting Bret (Poulter, Seussical JR. Director) with directing scenes or assisting Erica (Sample, Seussical JR. Choreographer) with choreography, a typical day for me at TNP is filled with excitement.

6

What’s the biggest challenge for this production?

4.

Not getting to spend more time with the cast. I’m always so honored to be able to work with talented individuals. While the short but rigorous rehearsal process helps to create bonds between all who work on the production, saying goodbye at the end of the final show will always be the hardest part.

5.

re plans What are your futu for theatre? At this moment my future plans are up in the air. First and foremost, graduating college is of the highest priority, but after that I plan to go on and perform and work with talented actors of all ages in any way that I can.

To find out more about stage management opportunities at TNP, contact: Cole Butcher
