Student Exhibition Colour Responses to Colour

Colour exhibition in the TLC gallery seeks to create conversations and celebrate personal responses to colour. The exhibiting artists are students from The Learning Connexion’s Colour (Term 2, 2022) and Collage (Term 2, 2022) classes. Artworks are responses to ideas and theories discussed.

Both classes were led by tutor Sarah Brock, whose interest in colour has been developed through many years of studying the craft of painting and knowledge built as a practicing artist.

The Learning Connexion values Student Centred Learning and the artworks in Colour represent this – with personalised colour palettes, colour harmonies and experiments celebrating the diverse sensibilities of students. This is an opportunity for students to continue engagement with works created, and to collaborate through a group exhibition.
