Welcome to Offshore Europe and the EIC member pavilion where we are proud to be hosting 42 of the UK’s leading companies. Offshore Europe is a key event for many of the EIC members and as well as once again being the single largest group a further 110 members are exhibiting across the show. Full details of the group and a complete member exhibitor list are detailed in this brochure.

The EIC strives to provide tangible value to its members and EICDataStream our global project tracking database has been serving members, since its creation at the turn of the century. Tracking over 9,000 proposed and under development projects across the energy sectors globally, EICDataStream gives EIC members access to the most current project related business intelligence in a timely manner. Following invaluable feedback from our members a major project to redevelop the database by enhancing data quality and presentation is now complete and we are delighted to be launching the new version of EICDataStream at Offshore Europe on the 9th September.

The new mobile and tablet friendly design allows members to access the information from anywhere in the world. A number of new features have been introduced to enable users to more easily identify and share with colleagues where business opportunities are globally are.

These new features include: • The ‘Dashboard’ which allows for easy access to saved searches, project watches, recently awarded contracts and recently added projects for a quick start.

• A more intuitive ‘Project Search’ facility and a brand new ‘Contract Award Search’ feature which allows for analysis of global contracting activity based on any combination of geographical location, specific contractor(s), industry sector and contract types within a given timeframe.

• Dynamic ‘Project Watches’ which store your search criteria and automatically add any new projects that match your search, saving the user time and enabling instant notification on developments of interest.

Throughout the exhibition the EIC team will be available for you to meet allowing you to find out more about the new features and how to use the new version of the database.

Additionally key members of the EIC’s global teams from Dubai, Rio and Kuala Lumpur will be presenting at set times from the EIC Lounge to highlight regional market activity and outline the latest trends across the Americas, Middle East, Africa, CIS and Asia Pacific. They will also be available for one 2 one appointments to provide first-hand experience of doing business locally and update members on the facilities available to them internationally as part of their membership, see page 5 for details.
