Matt Cameron Estimating/Scheduling Manager

Matt has been with Prime Projects for 11 years, heading up the Estimating and Scheduling team as well as working closely with Construction Managers and Supervisors for all onsite construction.

Matt also deals directly with all suppliers facilitating agreements and service contracts for all jobs across the business.

Matt works closely with his team members to ensure sound systems and processes are adhered to, to achieve the best cost-effective outcomes for supplies and clients alike.

Adam Leaman Finance Manager

After studying a Bachelor of Business Accounting at Monash University, Adam started his career as a Chartered Accountant working for a chartered accounting firm for 7 years. He then joined the Prime Projects team in March 2011 and oversees all aspects of company and construction finance.

Developments & Civil Operations

All developments and civil works are managed by our dedicated Civil Operations Manager, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of projects from planning, earthworks and civil infrastructure of projects, through to Council Statement of Compliance.

Construction Management

Prime Projects employs a dedicated construction team to oversee all projects on the development side and single housing projects.

Our Construction Managers bring a wide range of building and management knowledge to the team. Liaising between Management, Site Supervisors and Quality Control Managers, they aim to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality and standard.

Communication is key to all aspects of construction, with regular meetings held between office administration departments and the onsite construction team.

Maintenance

A post-construction Maintenance Service is available to all our clients after handover has occurred, ensuring that any maintenance work is rectified and carried out in a timely manner, with as minimal disruption as possible. Information about our Maintenance Service along with a New Home Owner’s Manual containing best practice tips and recommendations to keep your new home beautiful and safe long after your move in day, is given to all new owners at handover.

Joe Passione CEO

Joe’s career in the building and development industry started as a bricklayer in 1983. Though bricklaying was short-lived, moving through the ranks of Prime Projects and taking on the position of Managing Director within a year.

Under the drive of Joe, Prime Projects completed a diverse range of construction projects, including retirement villages, schools, hospitals, commercial and residential developments and government housing.

In 1993, Joe had established Ventura Homes, which became a successful, award-winning project home builder with over 100 fulltime employees and over 700 full-time subcontractors. Within seven years, the company had built over 3,000 homes for West Australian families. Finally, selling the company to the BGC Group in 2000.

In 2003, Develop Australia was established in equal partnership with the Treverson family (TRG Group), bringing together two successful family-operated property companies. Current works include a 2,200 residential subdivision in North Head, Western Australia, valued at $400 million, and a 350 apartment development in Ellenbrook WA, valued at $150 million.

Joe is a registered builder, holds a Real Estate Business Agents Triennial Certificate, and has completed a Business Management Programme from Harvard Business School.

Display Homes

Premier Traditional Homes is the retail arm of our construction business. It has ready to go floorplans and designs, the perfect solution for all entry to midrange purchasers, including our new first home buyer product.

These homes are predominantly represented and sold via display homes within prominent land estates. Unique due to our traditional designs, styling and quality, largely in opposition to the volume market.

Custom Homes

Our custom luxury homes, built under the Premier Traditional Homes brand, give our clients the option of a home without compromise and perfectly suited to their lifestyle. Our custom homes range between $800,000 to $2,000,000.

Investment Property

We build a range of homes specifically for the wholesale investment market via Total Living. Our clients trust the quality product that we deliver and have every confidence the properties will be an asset for their customers.
