Community Starts With Each of Us What makes a neighborhood feel like home? Often, it’s the little things we do every day.

designated parking. Please keep streets, sidewalks, driveways, and landscaped areas clear.

Slowing down on our streets, maintaining lots and homes, parking where we should, cleaning up after our pets, keeping trash contained, and helping our guests understand community guidelines may seem small—but together, they make a big difference.

•

Pass it on. Make sure visitors have required parking passes and know the community guidelines.

•

Scoop it up. Bring a bag and clean up after your pets every time.

A few friendly reminders:

•

Keep it contained. Secure household trash in tied bags and place everything completely inside the designated waste bins.

•

Slow it down. Watch your speed and help keep our streets safe for pedestrians, pets, and neighbors.

•

Regularly Maintain. Performing regular maintenance on your lot and home helps keeps our community beautiful for all to enjoy.

•

Community pride isn’t one big thing—it’s a lot of little things done consistently by all of us. When we each do our part, we help create the clean, safe, and welcoming neighborhood we all want to come home to.

Park it right. Use your designated parking areas and remind guests to get a visitor parking pass for

It starts with us—and every little effort counts.
