The Buyer’s Market Is Growing Stronger
Florida is one of the top 3 states nationally with the highest vacancies for homes and apartments. Which means the seller’s market is growing weaker.
Interest rates for financing a home purchase is approximately 10%; and 50% of residents purchasing in our community need financing.
The sweet spot for buyers is homes that are priced between $50,000 and $100,000.
“Light, Bright, Clean, Airy” is the mantra for selling your home. Banish clutter. Touch up scuffed paint. Deep clean the shower floor. Thin out the amount of clothing in your closets so buyers can see how roomy they are. Purge the shed, especially if it does double duty as laundry room plus storage.
Curb appeal is invaluable. It doesn’t mean you have to have an elaborate garden. It does mean that the flower beds around your home should be tidy and weed free. Clean up your carport area.
