Good news, management is offering a Fifty Dollar reward if any resident has a suggestion to safely remove the Muscovy ducks from the park. Simply fill out the “Resident Suggestion Form” located in the office.
Regarding the doggie waste problem If you see the perpetrator in the act pull out your camera phone and take a picture of the owner and the dog and submit it to the office manager.
A $250.00 fine will be assessed for this infraction. Proof is what’s needed to end this problem.
On the Speed bumps they are here to stay so just SLOW down to save your vehicle.

June Pet of the Month
The May pet of the month is Delilah’s mommy and daddy are Joanne and Ron.
Delilah is a 3-year-old Pocket Beagle.
When Delilah met her to be mommy and daddy, she was only 3 weeks old.
Delilah’s favorite toys are her squeaky toys and loves to play tug of war.
Her favorite foods are Farmers Dog & just about anything she can get.
(Especially when mommy and daddy are not looking)
Delilah loves to cover herself with a blanket. Her annoying habit id jumping on people when she sees Them. But she is getting better at not doing that. Delilah loves people and especially treats.
