FROM THE DESK OF THE COMMUNITY MANAGER, Tina Bevan Happy September, Sawgrass Family! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our community pool party last month. The event was a wonderful success, and it was great to see so many neighbors come together for a fun and relaxing afternoon. We appreciate everyone who attended and helped make the event so enjoyable.

Bring lightweight flowerpots indoors or secure them properly.

Store patio cushions and other outdoor items inside when severe weather is expected.
•
Check your property regularly for items that could become airborne during strong winds.
•
Be mindful of your surroundings and considerate of neighbors who may be resting or spending time with family.
Parking Appreciation
As we continue through the height of storm season, we encourage all residents to take steps to prepare their homes and yards. Please be sure to: Remove or secure loose yard debris.
Please keep music and other noise at a respectful level, especially during evening hours.

Thank you to everyone who has been following our parking guidelines by keeping vehicles off lawns and roadways. We have seen significant improvement, and your efforts are helping maintain the appearance and accessibility of our community. As a reminder, if you are expecting a contractor, repair technician, or pest control service, please give the office a courtesy call. This helps us keep residents informed and ensures smooth communication throughout the community.

If you need assistance preparing your property, please contact the office. Our goal is to help keep all residents safe throughout the season.
The kindness, respect, and cooperation shown by our residents make Sawgrass Trails a wonderful place to call home. We encourage everyone to continue treating fellow neighbors with courtesy and consideration.
Community Safety Matters We have received several reports of speeding within the community. Please remember to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution at all times. Many residents enjoy walking, biking, and spending time outdoors, and everyone’s cooperation is essential to maintaining a safe environment for all.
