During this time, the clubhouse will be off-limits to residents while vendors and contractors are working. For everyone’s safety, please do not enter the clubhouse or construction areas while work is in progress. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to make improvements to this important community space.
Community Reminder: Keep Your Property Looking Its Best As we continue to maintain and improve our community, please remember to take care of your lawns and landscaping. Please keep weeds under control and make sure your lawn and yard are properly maintained. For landscaping needs, our preferred vendor is Zebrascapes. They can come out to take a look at your lawn and let you know what they can provide for weed control. Just mention Prescott Gardens. We also ask everyone to review the community rules regarding what items may be placed outside your home.
