Manager’s Message
Hello Everyone!

October is here, and I’m excited about all the fun things we have planned! Please take a look at the newsletter to see what we’ll be doing this month. I also want to remind everyone to please make sure your yards are cleaned up and looking nice. Keeping our community clean and well-maintained helps make our park a great place for all of us. The clubhouse is still being worked on. I know many of you are wondering when it will be finished, but unfortunately, I don’t have a completion date at this time. The laundry area is also being worked on, so thank you for your patience while we get everything taken care of. Going forward, we are planning to have fun events every month, along with our coffee and donuts. I would really love to hear your ideas about what you would like to do! If there is an activity, party, game, or event you think everyone would enjoy, please let me know. I’m also going to need some volunteers to help with the events. I can’t set everything up by myself, so if you’re willing to lend a hand, I would really appreciate it. It’s a great way to get involved and spend time with your neighbors! And don’t forget — if you refer someone to the park and they move in, you can receive a referral fee! So if you know someone looking for a new place to call home, send them our way. Thank you all for being part of our community. I’m looking forward to a fun October and to seeing everyone get involved!
