Dear Osprey Bay Residents, It is hard to believe that I have already been part of the Osprey Bay family for one month.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this community was special.

Osprey Bay is not only a beautiful place to live, but it is also a community filled with residents who genuinely care about one another. Over the past month, I have seen neighbors helping neighbors, residents sharing ideas, and many of you taking the time to welcome me and offer your support. For that, I am truly grateful.

I also understand that the community has experienced several management changes over the years. My goal is simple: to provide consistency, communication, and progress. While meaningful improvements take time, I want you to know that we are listening, we are working, and we are moving forward.

Everyday, I am reminded why Osprey Bay is such a wonderful place to call home. Together, we have the opportunity to preserve what makes this community special while continuing to make it even better.

Thank you for your patience, your feedback, and your trust. I am excited about what lies ahead and look forward to serving this wonderful community.

We Heard You — Extended Fitness Center Hours!

Your feedback matters, and we are excited to share some great news!

To better accommodate residents who enjoy an early morning workout before starting their day, as well as those who prefer to unwind after work, the Fitness Center hours have been extended.

NEW HOURS: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM We hope these expanded hours provide greater flexibility and convenience for everyone.

Architectural Reviews in Progress

Gate System Improvements Underway

I have already begun reviewing Architectural Review Forms that have been submitted and am working closely with our regional team to provide responses as quickly as possible.

Several projects have already been approved, and I am excited to see many of these improvements come to life. Thank you for your patience as we carefully review each request to ensure consistency and maintain the high standards of our community.

We know the gate system has been a source of frustration, and resolving these issues remains one of our highest priorities. We have engaged an electrical contractor to identify the root cause of the recurring problems and help us implement a longterm solution. We are hopeful that we are finally on the path to getting this corrected once and for all.

Fingers crossed! Thank you for your patience as we work toward a permanent fix.

Architectural Standards Brochure Now Available We are pleased to announce that the Osprey Bay Architectural Standards Brochure has been finalized.

This resource helps residents better understand approved improvements, community standards, and the Architectural Review process while aligning with the Prospectus and community requirements.

Our goal is to provide clarity, consistency, and transparency while preserving the beauty and value of Osprey Bay.

Behind the Scenes: Infrastructure Improvements While not always visible, important maintenance work continues throughout the community.

We recently hired a specialized contractor to clean and inspect the community’s sanitary sewer manholes as part of our ongoing infrastructure maintenance program.

This proactive work helps improve the operation and reliability of our sanitary sewer system, reduces the likelihood of future issues, and helps ensure that this critical infrastructure continues to serve our community efficiently for years to come.

Sometimes the most important improvements are the ones you never see—but they play a vital role in protecting and maintaining the quality of life we all enjoy at Osprey Bay.

Streetlight Project Update And no—we have not forgotten about the streetlights!

A beautiful community like ours deserves to be beautifully illuminated.

We continue working through the next steps of the streetlight project and remain committed to improving lighting throughout the community.

Enhanced lighting not only improves visibility but also contributes to safety, security, and the overall appearance of Osprey Bay. Stay tuned for future updates!

Hurricane Season Preparedness

Hurricane season is here, and preparation is one of the best ways to protect your home and loved ones.

As part of our community-wide preparedness efforts, we have completed the trimming of the taller palm trees throughout Osprey Bay to help reduce storm-related risks.

We encourage all residents to prepare by: • Reviewing evacuation plans • Securing outdoor furniture and decorations • Stocking emergency supplies and medications • Reviewing insurance documents • Preparing plans for pets • Charging devices and backup batteries Please remember that the Osprey Bay App contains valuable resources, including: • Hurricane Preparedness Checklists • Lee County Evacuation Zones • Storm Shelter Information • Pet-Friendly Accommodations • Emergency Contact Information A little preparation today can make a big difference tomorrow.

MEET JIM & LOIS LILLY

One of the many things that makes Osprey Bay special is the incredible people who call it home. This month, we’re delighted to spotlight Jim and Lois Lilly, whose talents, generosity, and community spirit have enriched Osprey Bay since the day they arrived.

How long have you lived in Osprey Bay? “We have been living full-time in Osprey Bay for 16 months.”

What do you love most about the community?

“Lois and I fell in love with Osprey Bay as soon as we drove through the gates. Leaving family and all of our old friends behind has been quite a challenge. But with all of the new friends we’ve met at Osprey Bay, we feel awfully lucky.”

Favorite hobby?

“It’s hard to name just one, but motorcycles, guitars, boats, and garage projects are just a few. But helping people out if I can has always been my favorite thing to do. The look on their faces and appreciation for helping them resolve a problem or complete a simple project is very rewarding.”

Favorite place in Osprey Bay? “It would have to be the Clubhouse. I enjoy everything I do there, including guitar playing, karaoke, music bingo, and DJing. Honestly, I’m most comfortable with a guitar in my hand!”

Fun fact about you?

“I was a union musician in New Jersey, mostly playing guitar in Atlantic City casinos. Sometimes it was a three-piece band; other times it could be five, seven, nine, twelve, or even seventeen musicians.

When you arrived, they would hand you the sheet music for the show—and away you would go. It was extremely fun and challenging!

I got to meet and play behind some very famous and talented people.”

What is one item on your bucket list?

“I would love to play guitar with my idol, Tommy Emmanuel. I had the pleasure of meeting him after a performance in Annapolis, Maryland.”

What makes a community feel like home to you?

“We love the sense of community here. It’s the feeling of belonging.

We’ve felt the love of folks here since day one. Everyone truly cares about each other’s well-being.”

Lemon-Ber ry Firecr acker Cake INGREDIENTS • Cooking spray • 1 (15.25-oz.) box white cake mix • 1 (3.4-oz.) package instant lemon pudding mix • 4 large eggs • 1/2 cup vegetable oil • 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. (or more) lukewarm water • 1/4 cup raspberry jam • 7 (or more) drops red gel food coloring, divided • 1/4 cup blueberry jam • 7 (or more) drops blue gel food coloring, divided • 3 cups powdered sugar • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice • 1/4 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles

INST RU C TI O N S Step 1 | Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly coat a Bundt pan with cooking spray.

Step 2 | In a large bowl, whisk cake mix and lemon pudding mix to combine. Add eggs, oil, and 1 cup lukewarm water. Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat until smooth, about 1 minute.

Step 3 | Scrape 1 cup lemon batter into a medium bowl. Stir raspberry jam and 5 drops red food coloring into batter until combined. Add more food coloring, a drop at a time, if a deeper red color is desired.

Step 4 | Scrape another 1 cup lemon batter into another medium bowl. Stir blueberry jam and 5 drops blue food coloring into batter until combined. Add more food coloring, a drop at a time, if a deeper blue color is desired.

Step 5 | Pour red batter into bottom of prepared pan. Pour remaining lemon batter over red batter. Pour blue batter over lemon batter.

Step 6 | Bake until a tester inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and let cool completely.

Step 7 | Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk powdered sugar, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon lukewarm water, adding more water drop by drop if necessary, until thick and smooth and mixture is a lava-like consistency.

Step 8 | Scoop a heaping 1/4 cup white glaze into a small bowl and stir in 2 drops red food coloring. Scoop another heaping 1/4 cup white glaze into another small bowl and stir in 2 drops blue food coloring.

Step 9 | Drizzle white, then blue, then red glaze over cake. Scatter sprinkles over top. Let glaze set about 30 minutes before slicing.
