9 Obey the speed limit… it’s 10 miles an hour. I see a lot of unnecessary speeding in our neighborhood, let’s all slow down and enjoy the view.

9 Dogs must be on a leash, no exceptions. Dogs are not allowed to roam free, and you MUST clean up after them.

9 Clips will be installed at a later date; Guy will knock on your door and discuss where you want the clip before he starts working.

9 Weeds are becoming an issue again, please tend to your yards or you will receive a notice.
