MANAGER’S MESSAGE Hi Y’all, October has arrived, bringing fall colors, pumpkin spice flavors, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy time with friends and neighbors! As we welcome the season of witches, ghosts, and goblins, we hope you’ll take some time to participate in the activities happening around our community. Fall Fun Is Here! October is the perfect time to embrace the spirit of fall. Whether you enjoy decorating your home, carving pumpkins, dressing up for Halloween, or simply spending time with neighbors, there are plenty of ways to make the most of this festive month. Be sure to mark your calendars for community activities and special events throughout October! Sometimes the simplest moments make the best memories! With a new season brings new faces. I’m excited to announce Melissa Gardner and Odessa Brooks have joined our Carolina Tides Team. Melissa is our new Assistant Property Manager. Melissa is married and a mom of three great kids. Melissa brings with her years of experience in business and marketing. Melissa will be in the office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Odessa is our new part-time Facility Technician. Odessa is one of our residents here in Carolina Tides. Odessa takes great pride in our community and will be taking big strides to keep Carolina Tides looking its BEST!! Many residents in Carolina Tides have been wonderful about keeping their lots and home exteriors looking great. Others not so good. We are going to be “Cracking Down” on those of you who need to get their lots in order. No one wants to live next to a neighbor with a messy, unkempt lot. Phase 2 of the renovations will start soon. In fact, they have already started behind the scenes. You, as residents, will start seeing things happen in the near future. Our outside amenities include resurfacing the pool and pool deck, enlarging the pool deck for an outside cooking area with built-in gas grill, a pavilion with a built-in firepit, pickleball/basketball court, dog park, entrance sign, and landscape. This time next year you will be enjoying all the amenities and the hard work Cobblestone put in to make Carolina Tides a better community for all. The pool is closed, so we have added a few extra social events to the calendar. Coffee & Donuts will be EVERY Tuesday at 10am and Dirty Soda Socials will be EVERY Thursday @ 1pm. Do we have any folks that would like to start a weekly card game day? I remember someone mentioning Cribbage in the past. Our community is at its best when residents get involved. Thank you to all who volunteer, attend events, share ideas, and help make our neighborhood a great place to call home. If you have an idea for an upcoming activity, please let me know. We are always looking for fun ideas. I look forward to seeing you around the neighborhood. Peace & Blessings, Allison
