The winner will receive a $50 rent credit. Please come to the clubhouse for your shirt and sign.
Back to school is August 11th we will be doing pick a backpack for the kids going back to school on August 6th. Will really appreciate any school supply donations.

The more people that come to the activities the more fun we have!! Can’t wait to see everyone.
COMMUNITY UPDATES, NOTICES, AND REMINDERS
The Gates should be set in the ground by August 11th. Once I find out how we will receive the codes to get in and out of the park I will let everyone know.
Lot inspections are still going on so please clean up your lots.
Dogs are not allowed outside when no one is home. If this continues, I will be calling animal control. Please refer to your Rules and Regulations!
