COMMUNITY UPDATES, NOTICES, AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Exciting news! Our land expansion is moving along beautifully. Utilities are currently being laid, and we are hoping to get a head start on the landscaping around the clubhouse ahead of schedule. Thank you all for your patience and enthusiasm as we grow our community!
Per local rules and regulations, pet owners must pick up and properly dispose of dog waste immediately, whether it happens in your own yard, on public streets and sidewalks, or on someone else’s private property. Community Reminder: Clean Up After Your Pets
Slow Down — In the Community To everyone driving through our streets: The speeding needs to stop. We see and hear vehicles flying through here far too often. This is a residential area where children play, pets roam, and neighbors walk. Speeding through these tight streets puts lives at risk and makes everyone less safe. Please slow down, respect the speed limit, and remember that our community is not a racetrack. Slow down before someone gets hurt.

Your Yard: Regularly clean up pet waste to maintain hygiene and prevent odors, pests, or neighborhood complaints.
•
Streets & Public Spaces: Always carry waste bags during walks and pick up after your dog on all public property, sidewalks, and shared areas.
•
Neighbors’ Yards: If your dog steps onto private property and relieves itself, it is your responsibility to clean it up completely.
