VOID SILENT

FALL REFLECT

At first, there was nothing. No light. No darkness. Nothing. There were no standards or references for judging good or evil, nor any way to tell the inside from the outside.

Then came a voice. And with that voice, a light. Under the light that crashed into the nothingness, he once again felt his presence and woke up.
Amaterasu the Sun Goddess separated out seven of her sins and sealed them away. Then, she woke the one that embodied lies.

As truth exists in this world, so too do falsehoods, its opposite. Lies exist to reflect the truth. And this is why this god was awakened.
Thanks to the existence of the light in this place, he knew what darkness was.
He is all the words that give birth to falsehood in the dark. He is mendacity incarnate.

And, as the light claimed herself to be true, he knew what falsehoods were
Thanks to the silent nature of the light, he knew what words were

"What do you want to reflect from me?"

The goddess who governs truth did once renounce all sin, but destiny and compassion forced her hand. And so, the first lie in the world was awakened, primed and ready to usher in countless new lies. To her, lies were a sin. How ironic it was that she was the sinner who first birthed this sin into the world?

So he experienced joy for the first time since being born. The joy was perhaps born from the anger he had felt on realizing that his was an unwanted birth. Perhaps it also originated from the pain the goddess had felt when she had silently made that choice.

Then, he wonder...

If the TRUTH

didn’t exist

How would you know if this moon was
REAL
or NOT
The Sun Goddess looked at him, but didn't answer. Destinies and lies made no difference to her. The flowing light slowly converged and took form: a divinity was born. It was crescent shaped with two sharp ends, and it shimmered with a silvery glow.

Would this sin of lies become the Prophecy God, the one who foretold destiny?

To seek the answer, he needed to convince himself with his own lies. His first lie was to both the world and himself. Ultimately, it would never be a secret that the god who foretells destiny is a lie. He wondered what he would experience and what answer destiny would give him when he, a would-be devout believer claiming to be a god, found out the truth.
With such anticipation, he fell asleep in the dark water.

Awaking in the shallow sea water, he opened his eyes. Dark clouds shrouded the waning moon as strands of destiny intertwined under the sea. In the vast and empty space above, the stars had closed their eyes, refusing to talk about the birth and death of the world.

From the end of the Moon Sea, where eyes cannot see, he heard a voice that sounded both affirmative and deceptive. It was a prayer and a sigh, accompanied by a ray of light.
