Care and support for our community Proudly serving our community since 1987, we are a charity providing complex, specialist palliative and endof-life care for people with a life limiting condition, aged 16 and over, as well as vital support for their families.

We are committed to delivering compassionate, and responsive care giving patients and their loved one’s choices about the care they receive, providing the best clinical and therapeutic support in their homes and at the Hospice.

Our highly skilled doctors and nurses work with patients and their families to develop a complete programme of care tailored to their needs, always treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Expert care, everyday kindness

Alongside our Inpatient and Hospice at Home services, we also have a range of outpatient activities and wellbeing therapies, including complementary therapies, physiotherapy, lymphoedema services, as well as counselling and bereavement support.

We provide round the clock care via a 24/7 response team for patients, families and carers, providing guidance on symptom control, practical advice and emotional support.

Treating everyone with kindness, dignity and respect and providing a safe and caring environment is at the heart of everything we do.
