Landscape - real & imagined 12 - 29 MARCH 2019 A ‘must see’ show by our wonderful acclaimed Welsh artist Eleri Mills. ‘Landscape - real & imagined’ is a beautiful collection of 32 new & unseen paintings, full colour, joy and a real lyrical quality. “… Eleri Mills stands alone as poet painter. Eleri records her love of her native land and she records it with great sensitivity and talent: for she is a superb draughtsman and this is at the heart of all that she does. In her art Eleri Mills has a voice which is seldom heard, for it is a tender voice and far removed from the cacophony of the art world today”

Sir Kyffin Williams RA Eleri Mills was born in Mid Wales in 1955. She completed a BA Hons in Art and Design at Manchester Polytechnic from 1974-1977. In the late 1970’s, Eleri worked from a studio in Manchester, and from 1988, she returned to Mid Wales, to work from a studio there. Eleri was elected a Member of the Royal Cambrian Academy in 2000. She continues to live and work in Mid Wales.
