Collaging the World We Want To See

Preface The following collages explore what Good Food means.

Some collages take inspiration from actions of the Glasgow City Food Plan, a plan which aims to make Good Food - food which is good for our health, for workers, for the planet, for all - accessible for everyone in Glasgow. From tasty food to healthy food to food that is good for the environment, each collage takes images from everyday magazines or books and repurposes them to create something new: an imagining of Good Food. Whether the collages are political, whimsical, or appetising, each is interesting in how it splices commercial food images and brings them together in a different way. We hope you enjoy looking at the featured collages, and that you might be inspired to approach food in a different way.

The collages in this zine were made at Dandelion Festival Glasgow 2022.

Dandelion is commissioned by Event Scotland and part of Unboxed 2022.
