Army Flying Museum We also recognised that a long-term view was required of the design of this project Eagle.

The logo needed to remain fresh and relevant – but in addition, it needed to have the flexibility and adaptability to facilitate a re-brand for their museum. In creating the new museum logo, we drew inspiration from outside the traditional military museum mould, not directly related brands.

We used our previous experience with clients of a similar nature and field of interest as The Army Flying Museum, and some clients of a similar size and scope.

The Gurkha Museum We were tasked with creating Gharma Sunnu their first ever digital first experience which would be split into three elements, Podcast, Lectures and Exhibitions. After working with them on the concepts we created a tool-kit of assets which they could then use to create promotional material themselves. This included things like PowerPoint slides, posters, social posts, and much more.

The campaign helped them win Digital Innovation award and the Cultural Enterprise award for the last 2 years. The campaign also created a unique chance for some Gurkha Soldiers to reconnect with friends they hadn’t spoken to for many years.

GamCare GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. They operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.

We have been working with them for a number of years helping develop their brand and creating all collateral for them from reports to animated videos.

Social Interest Group The Social Interest Group (SIG) is a leading UK based charity, providing bespoke person centred social and health care solutions. Utilising strength-based models of working, we specialise in rehabilitation and supporting people who have complex needs, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

SIG approached us to help them create their Theory of Change which they wanted to implement this year. We helped simplify the complex subject matter and created a tool-kit of assets which they were then able to use themselves to implement the change.

With a new wave of COVID-19 hitting India and deaths surging past 485,000, the Church has not only been tackling the pandemic and caring for those overlooked by society, but also supporting refugees fleeing from neighbouring Burma (Myanmar) – where the military junta has once more tightened its grip on power (see back page).

Renewing the ancient stones On a cold winter’s day, I remember standing in the bomb-damaged Syriac Catholic Cathedral in Aleppo – writes John Pontifex.

This once glorious building had been badly scarred during the years-long siege of the city, at the height of Syria’s civil war.

Now, years later, the cathedral has been rebuilt and restored – with help from Aid to the Church in Need.

Nothing could be a clearer sign of ACN’s commitment to sustaining the presence of Christians in Syria than to renew these ancient stones of faith.

This is important for Christians tempted to lose heart after a large

When genocidal militants forced thousands upon thousands to leave their homes and obliterated everything they held dear, many feared it would spell the end of Christianity in Iraq.

But, eight years later, following a project assessment trip there – our first since before COVID – we can report not only that Christians have survived the persecution but they are renewing their communities.

It is proof that miracles do happen.

Your bread is saving lives

A record 12.4 million Syrians – 60 percent of the population – are going hungry every day.

Many are struggling to stay alive because of lack of food and the cold.

At times when Syria has dropped out of the headlines, you, the friends of ACN, did not abandon the faithful – and you continued to help them.

Now, however, the crisis is at an alltime high.

ACN Syria project partner Sister Annie Demerjian told us: “What we are facing today is worse than even the darkest days of the war. At least back then, we could find something to eat.

“Now, every day people ask themselves: ‘How will I pay to keep
