In a year we can print 288 million B2 sheets of paper, produce 63 million saddle stitched books, 5.4 million perfect bound books, fold 283 million sheets and post out 10.8 million items. Our team, and use of cutting edge print technology, mean every full stop, deadline or promise is delivered.

Digital Printing
Our 100% owned mailing house can print up to SRA3 in full colour on both sides, including variable personalisation throughout on paper stocks typically ranging from 80gsm - 450gsm.

Konica Minolta – Accurio Press 6272P. Up to 272 ppm, mono printing up to SRA3; high capacity feeder, high capacity output finishers; 40 - 350 gsm duplex, silk, gloss, offset.
Xerox Nuvera 314. Up to 314 ppm, mono printing up to SRA3; high capacity feeder, high capacity output finishers; 70 gsm – 300 gsm duplex, silk, gloss, offset.
Xerox Versant 4100. Up to 100 ppm, colour printing up to 330 x 660 mm. 52 gsm – 350 gsm duplex, silk, gloss, offset. Booklet finisher; inner booklet trimmer; staple finisher.
Videojet 4320 Graphics Inkjet Printer (x2). Up to 15,000 sheets per hour; print resolution up to 600 dpi; 2” to 8” print head configurations.
AMS M1 colour Envelope Printer (x2). Up to 9,000 envelopes per hour; print resolution up to 1600 dpi; edge to edge printing; up to 5 colours.
Finishing
Heidelberg Post press + SA-52.
Morgana DigiFold Pro XL. 80gsm – 400gsm, sheet sizes 93mm x 210mm – 385mm x 700mm. Creases and folds up to 6,000 per hour.
Trimming and Cutting
Paper, paperboard, chipboard and plastic foils cut fast, up to a cutting length of 78 cm.
Polar MOHR 78E featuring digital programmatic FFM light guards, side tables, 2 knives. Size range up to 95 cm.
Machine Tabbing
Clear, frosted, opaque, coloured, circular or square tabs swiftly applied to folded mail pieces up to 4.7 mm thick.
ATS-12 Tabbing Machine (x2), capable of up to 7,000 mailings/hour (1 tab per mail piece).
Kirk Rudy – KR540 Tabbing System, capable of up to 30,000 items/hour (multiple tabs per item) – tabs closed or gate fold configurations.
Envelope enclosing
Buhrs BB300 12 Station Base Inserter + camera matching. With 8 rotary feeders, 1 shuttle feeder and a C4 friction feeder. Camera matching document and envelope. Handles up to 10,000 envelopes per hour, inserting items into DL, C5 or C4.
Buhrs BB300 10 Station Base Inserter with camera matching + InTelmail Variable Accumulator Folder (VAF). With 9 rotary feeders and 1 shuttle feeder, it can camera match up to 3 personalised items, handling up to 7,000 envelopes per hour, from sizes C6 to C4.
CMC 250 envelope enclosing machine. Handles 15,000 envelopes per hour, inserting into all standard envelope sizes.
Feedline 14. For fast and efficient folding from A4 size to A5 or DL.
Polywrapping
From chunky catalogues to single newsletters, plus bespoke hand insertion for odd shapes and sizes.
Sitma C80-750 Polywrapper – encloses up to 7 items including a carrier sheet and 1 shuttle feeder. Nesting inside front or rear cover.
